Here’s a rundown of exactly where your Tabs should be placed on your nose. It's important to place the Tabs properly so the Band sits—and stays—where it's supposed to.

Intake comes in 6 different sizes, and your Starter Kit comes with the 4 most commonly worn sizes to help you find your perfect fit. If you’re struggling with your Band not fitting or sitting right, this guide will help you figure out if you might need an alternate size.

Intake is designed to feel comfortable from the first moment you put it on until you take it off. If the Band is pushing on the bridge of your nose or otherwise causing discomfort, it’s likely that the Tabs need to be placed differently, the Band is the wrong size, or both.
